Transporter & Customer Requirements

Transporters Will:

Transporters Will Not

  1. Strive to be on time
  2. Always be professional, courteous, and respectful
  3. Provide a smooth, safe, and secure delivery
  4. Assist customers with bringing delivered items into the building across thresholds - when possible 
  5. Only transport acceptable items that have been listed in the customer's delivery item request list

  1. Compromise their integrity, safety, or Enirge's reputation
  2. Set up, assemble, disassemble, pack, or unpack items being transported
  3. Transport firearms, ammunition, flammables, or explosives
  4. Transport human beings or any living creatures, or the remains of either
  5. Transport fragile items (including those containing glass), and antiques without a

  2. Set up, assemble, disassemble, pack, or unpack items being transported
  3. Transport firearms, ammunition, flammables, or explosives
  4. Transport human beings or any living creatures, or the remains of either
  5. Transport fragile items (including those containing glass), and antiques without a signed waiver from the customer
  6. Transport any illegal items or break any laws to accomplish delivery

Customers Will

  1. Be available or have a designated representative available at the delivery location during the prescribed delivery timeframe; if not, items may be left in a convenient covered area or at the customer's doorstep
  2. Keep pets and small children out of the pathway of the transporter at all times
  3. Ensure that pickup and delivery location conditions are safe and create no excess hazards for Transporters

  1. Misrepresent or omit the types of items being requested to be delivered.  e.g., indicate that the item is a chair when it's actually a refrigerator.  Transporter will have the discretion to refuse to carry items not listed, and the customer may still be obligated to pay
  2. Attempt to interfere with Transporters' ability to perform their dutie

  2. Attempt to interfere with Transporters' ability to perform their duties
  3. Attempt to solicit Transporter to perform any tasks outside the scope of the paid delivery, during the delivery
