Transporter & Customer Requirements

Strive to be on time
Always be professional, courteous, and respectful
Provide a smooth, safe, and secure delivery
Assist customers with bringing delivered items into the building across thresholds - when possible
Only transport acceptable items that have been listed in the customer's delivery item request list

Compromise their integrity, safety, or Enirge's reputation
Set up, assemble, disassemble, pack, or unpack items being transported
Transport firearms, ammunition, flammables, or explosives
Transport human beings or any living creatures, or the remains of either
Transport fragile items (including those containing glass), and antiques without a

Transport any item over 400 lbs., unless it has fully functional wheels, built into it
Transport pianos, grandfather clocks or any other large, fragile items, even if it has wheels built in
Transport any illegal items or break any laws to accomplish delivery
Carry items over 100 lbs. up or down more than 5 stairs; Transporters are authorized to drop items under the first safe and/or dry spot available
Be responsible for items broken inside of home or establishment

Be available or have a designated representative available at the delivery location during the prescribed delivery timeframe; if not, items may be left in a convenient, if available, covered area or at the customer's doorstep
Ensure that all transported items are carefully packaged and/or protected to endure the delivery process
Inspect all

Inspect all items being delivered with the Transporter, before and after delivery; customer will immediately report any incidents to Enirge
Keep pets and small children out of the pathway of the transporter at all times
Ensure that pickup and delivery location conditions are safe and create no excess hazards for Transporters

Misrepresent or omit the types of items being requested to be delivered. e.g., indicate that the item is a chair when it's actually a refrigerator. Transporter will have the discretion to refuse to carry items misrepresented or not listed in their delivery request, and the customer may still be obligated to pay
Attempt to interfere with

Attempt to interfere with Transporters' ability to perform their duties
